KeptDelete your account
You can erase your Kept account and all of its data at any time. It takes effect immediately and can't be undone.
In the app — the fastest way
- Open Kept.
- Go to Settings → Your data → Delete my data.
- Review what will be deleted and tap Delete everything.
You'll need an internet connection. If you're offline, nothing is deleted and Kept tells you so.
What gets deleted
- Every receipt image and the details read from it, on Kept's server
- Your forwarded-invoice inbox and your Kept email address — mail sent to it no longer reaches Kept
- Your deletion codes and your Kept account itself
- On your phone: receipts, packs, contractors and settings
Server backups roll off within a limited period. Packs you've already shared stay with whoever you sent them to.
No longer have the app?
Enter your deletion code and your account is erased right away — everything Kept holds on its server, listed above. You'll find the code in the app under Settings → Your data → Deletion code.
Your account has been deleted.
Receipt images, the details read from them, your forwarded-invoice inbox and Kept address, and the account itself are gone from Kept's server. If Kept is still installed on a phone, delete it there too, or uninstall the app to remove what's stored on that phone.
